You'll have the opportunity to manage your own territory, develop meaningful referral partnerships, and work alongside pharmacy, nursing, intake, and operations teams to ensure patients receive high-quality care. About the Role As a Specialty Infusion Sales Manager , you will be responsible for growing business within an assigned territory by developing relationships with key referral sources and increasing patient access to chronic and IVIG infusion therapies. You will partner with healthcare providers, clinics, and payors to generate referrals while collaborating with internal clinical and operational teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience. This role is ideal for a motivated healthcare sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving territory growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations. Generate chronic and IVIG patient referrals through provider partnerships and territory development. Expand market share by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing accounts. Collaborate with pharmacy, intake, nursing, and operations teams to ensure seamless patient onboarding and service delivery. Conduct provider meetings, presentations, and in-service education sessions. Manage territory performance and create strategic plans to achieve growth objectives. Support sales and marketing initiatives to increase awareness of specialty infusion services. Maintain accurate documentation, including call reports, expense reports, and sales activity tracking. Develop knowledge of relevant disease states, infusion therapies, and healthcare reimbursement processes. Address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain strong referral relationships. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare, business, or a related field (equivalent healthcare experience considered). Proven experience in healthcare sales, business development, or customer relationship management. Minimum of 2 years' experience in infusion services or a related healthcare field preferred. Experience building relationships with physicians, clinics, or healthcare organizations. Strong ability to sell healthcare services and develop referral networks. Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and territory management abilities.
