We are seeking a motivated, results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team. In this role, you will focus on building relationships and securing partnerships with healthcare facilities, dialysis centers, nursing homes, rehab facilities, and hospital discharge desks. This is a high-impact, part-time position designed for a self-starter who thrives in field outreach and business development. You will have your own dedicated, nice office desk in our corporate office for administrative tasks, lead prep, and strategy, alongside a daily gas card provided for all field sales travel.

Pay & Compensation :

We offer a structured, progressive hourly pay scale with significant bonus upside based on active facility onboardings: Phase 1 (First 90 Days Probationary Period) $20.00 / hour +$100 Weekly Bonus for meeting the weekly target (2 Active Facilities) +$200 Monthly Bonus for reaching monthly quota (8 Active Facilities)

Earning Potential:

Up to $600/month in performance bonuses. Phase 2 (Post-Probation Phase) $24.00 / hour +$150 Weekly Bonus for meeting the weekly target (3 Active Facilities) +$400 Monthly Bonus for reaching monthly quota (12 Active Facilities)

Earning Potential:

Up to $1,000/month in performance bonuses. Phase 3 (Reliability Phase - After 1 Year) $28.00 / hour +$200 Weekly Bonus for meeting the weekly target (4 Active Facilities) +$600 Monthly Bonus for reaching monthly quota (16 Active Facilities) +$200 Anchor Account Bounty for high-volume facility activations (30+ trips in first 30 days)

Earning Potential:

Up to $1,400+/month in performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily in-person field outreach to targeted medical facilities, social workers, case managers, and discharge planners. Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential B2B facility accounts. Present our NEMT services, secure transportation agreements, and ensure smooth account activation. Track outreach activities, follow up with accounts, and manage CRM reporting from your office desk.

Self-Motivated:

Strong organizational and time-management skills to maximize efficiency during the 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM window.
