Job Summary We're hiring an Account Executive (Sales Representative) to represent DefenAge PRO Exclusive, a professional medical-grade skincare line sold only through licensed medical practices (dermatologists, plastic surgeons, MedSpas) — never online or retail. This is a 1099, commission-only role focused on opening new accounts across an IL/IN territory. You're a fit if you: Have sales experience in skincare, beauty, or medical aesthetics Have existing relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or MedSpas Bring an existing book of business (a plus, not required) Are a self-directed hunter who enjoys opening new doors Are comfortable presenting in person and via Zoom Are comfortable using CRM tools and digital documentation Aestheticians moving into sales are welcome to apply.

Compensation:

New accounts: 25% commission (first 3 months), 20% thereafter Inherited accounts: 20% commission Paid monthly; potential future W-2 opportunities as the company grows Estimated annual earnings: $60,000-$150,000, commission-based; actual earnings vary based on account development and sales performance.
