This is a commission-based outside sales position designed for someone who is self-motivated, professional, and interested in building a portfolio of recurring customer accounts. Compensation $110 commission for each new client account acquired 10% commission on orders placed by your accounts Recurring commission opportunity as established accounts continue ordering Uncapped earning potential As your portfolio of active accounts grows, so does your opportunity to generate recurring commission income. Responsibilities Develop new business throughout Columbus and Central Ohio Visit medical practices, dental offices, urgent care centers, surgery centers, specialty clinics, and other healthcare facilities Establish relationships with physicians, dentists, practice owners, office managers, administrators, and purchasing decision-makers Identify customer needs and opportunities for BMS to provide competitive supply pricing Generate qualified leads and new customer accounts Coordinate pricing and quote opportunities with the BMS team Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing client relationships Manage an organized pipeline of prospects, quotes, follow-ups, and active accounts Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and confident when meeting prospective customers Self-motivated and results-oriented Comfortable with prospecting and face-to-face B2B sales Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Reliable transportation for local travel Previous B2B, healthcare, medical, dental, or outside sales experience is preferred but not required Why BrightSide Medical Supplies BrightSide Medical Supplies is an Ohio-based medical and dental supply company focused on competitive pricing, dependable service, and long-term customer relationships.
