Job Description
The Center for Sleep Medicine is a forward-thinking, 100% employee-owned medical practice accredited by the AASM. We are actively searching for an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative to join our team based in the Orland Park, IL area. This is a hybrid role , with two days spent in the office and three days in the field (typical hours are M-F / 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) . The Healthcare Sales Representative serves as the liaison to referring physicians, combining provider engagement, patient care coordination, and referral development. You will build collaborative relationships with referral sources while supporting growth across our accredited sleep centers. The Healthcare Sales Representative also assists with the development of marketing strategies and collateral while providing ongoing account management through our CRM platform. Responsibilities Articulate The Center for Sleep Medicine's value proposition and differentiators. Develop, maintain, and grow collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Build a robust pipeline of new business through strategic prospecting, partner referrals, and collaboration with internal teams. Stay ahead of market trends with referral sources while proactively identifying new opportunities. Be proficient using CRM and Microsoft Office to drive strong territory and account management. Utilize business development best practices to drive measurable results. Achieve quarterly territory growth and referral development goals. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
