Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HomeCare Marketer to join our team and drive the growth of our home care services. In this role, you will be the vital link between our organization and healthcare providers, patients, and community partners. Your energetic approach will help expand our reach, educate stakeholders about our offerings, and foster long-term relationships that enhance patient care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the home healthcare industry while developing your sales and marketing expertise. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote home care services within targeted communities and healthcare networks Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources through effective account management and personalized communication Identify new business opportunities through outside sales efforts, including cold calling, networking events, and community outreach Provide detailed analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies Manage multiple client accounts with professionalism, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and improve service delivery Experience Proven experience in home care sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on healthcare services or products Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships Demonstrated success in outside sales roles involving product demos and technical sales presentations Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences including healthcare professionals and community stakeholders Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, schedule appointments, and track sales activities using tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) Leadership qualities to motivate team members and represent the company confidently in various settings Analysis skills to interpret market data, customer needs, and sales metrics for continuous improvement This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your enthusiasm for healthcare solutions can truly flourish. Pay:
$48,629.06 - $58,564.03 per year
