We're looking for an experienced, energetic Front Desk Sales Rep who is passionate about Pilates, loves connecting with people, and is ready to make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional member experience. If you're dependable, self-motivated, and ready to hit the ground running, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Convert leads into members through genuine conversations and confident sales. Book and follow up on Intro Classes. Welcome every member with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Build lasting relationships that drive retention and referrals. Share your passion for Pilates and our studio community. Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. Who You Are Experienced in fitness, retail, or membership sales with a proven ability to close. A regular Pilates participant who genuinely believes in the practice. Kind, empathetic, and able to make every member feel seen and valued. Dependable, organized, and accountable. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. A strong communicator who enjoys working with people. Positive, coachable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
