Part-Time FS8 is looking for an energetic, experienced Sales & Hospitality Specialist who loves connecting with people and creating an unforgettable client experience. This is not a traditional front-desk position. We're looking for someone who is confident in sales, naturally welcoming, highly organized, and excited to help grow our FS8 community. The ideal candidate knows how to build relationships, follow up consistently, and confidently guide prospective clients toward the membership that best fits their goals. What You'll Do Create a warm, welcoming experience for every person who enters the studio Connect with leads through calls, texts, and in-person conversations Give studio tours and explain FS8 classes, memberships, and promotions Follow up with leads, trial clients, and former members Meet individual and studio sales goals Help trial clients book their next class and stay engaged Build meaningful relationships with current members Support studio events, promotions, and community partnerships Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and daily studio operations Work closely with trainers and team members to provide amazing hospitality What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, fitness, or membership-based businesses A strong sales mindset with a history of meeting goals Friendly, outgoing, confident, and comfortable starting conversations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently Comfortable making calls, sending follow-ups, and asking for the sale Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple responsibilities Passionate about fitness, wellness, and building community Available for a combination of early mornings, evenings, and weekends Experience with Mindbody or fitness studio software is a plus Why Join FS8? Pay:

$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
