In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective members, providing exceptional customer service, and driving membership sales. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, communicating effectively, and achieving individual and team sales goals to support the growth of our fitness community. Duties Respond promptly to membership inquiries and follow up with leads to convert interest into memberships Conduct gym tours for prospective members, explaining available membership options and benefits Assist potential members in selecting the best membership plans tailored to their needs Build and maintain positive customer relationships through ongoing communication and support Achieve personal sales targets while contributing to team sales objectives Prospect new clients through various channels to expand the membership base Manage your designated territory effectively, ensuring consistent engagement with potential members Deliver excellent customer service to both members and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing membership sales and retention Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or client relationship roles is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to prospect and generate new leads proactively Excellent organizational skills for territory management and follow-up activities Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a friendly demeanor Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
