Membership Sales Specialist JETSET Pilates Irvine Irvine, CA Job Details Part-time $18 - $21 an hour 17 hours ago Qualifications Deal closing Full Job Description Overview Studio Leads at JETSET Pilates are sales-driven, client-focused team members responsible for converting leads, selling memberships and class packages, and supporting the overall growth of the studio. This role requires excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales-closing skills. Studio Leads are expected to confidently engage with prospective clients in person, by phone, text, and email; identify their needs; recommend the most appropriate membership or package; overcome objections; and guide them toward a purchase. In addition to generating new sales, Studio Leads play an important role in client retention by building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and creating a welcoming studio environment. They are expected to follow up consistently with leads, missed intro clients, and prospective members using the Client Relationship Management system, AXLE. Studio Leads must remain highly knowledgeable about all memberships, introductory offers, class packages, promotions, policies, and pricing options. They are responsible for accurately processing membership, package, and retail transactions while meeting individual and studio sales goals. The position also includes supporting instructors, maintaining an organized front desk and lobby, assisting with opening and closing duties, and completing other operational responsibilities as assigned. Morning, evening, and weekend availability may be required. Duties and Responsibilities Actively generate sales by engaging prospective clients and confidently recommending memberships, introductory offers, and class packages based on their needs. Convert incoming leads and studio visitors into paying clients through effective relationship-building, needs-based selling, objection handling, and closing techniques. Consistently follow up with leads by phone, text, and email to encourage bookings, intro offer purchases, and membership conversions. Meet or exceed individual and studio sales, conversion, and follow-up goals. Sell memberships, class packages, introductory offers, and retail products in person, online, and over the phone. Utilize AXLE accurately and consistently to document lead activity, manage follow-ups, track sales opportunities, and support client conversion. Follow up with clients after introductory classes and missed intro opportunities to encourage their next purchase or membership enrollment. Recruit and retain clients by building rapport, resolving concerns, and creating a positive and personalized experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of all pricing, promotions, membership options, policies, and sales incentives. Assist in delivering the ultimate boutique fitness experience to every client, every time. Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients, leads, and visitors. Professionally greet and check in clients upon arrival and thank them as they leave. Accurately process membership, package, and retail transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and sales-ready front desk, lobby, and studio. Restock retail inventory and keep product displays organized and inviting. Assist instructors and management with opening, closing, and daily studio operations. Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or Owner-Operator.
