Responsibilities Greet members and guests warmly, delivering outstanding customer service with a positive and energetic approach Assist members with membership registration, renewals, upgrades, and account inquiries efficiently and accurately Manage event logistics, including coordinating activities, setting up spaces, and supporting event execution to ensure seamless experiences Handle cash transactions accurately during membership sales, event admissions, or retail purchases Resolve conflicts or concerns promptly by employing effective conflict management techniques to maintain a friendly atmosphere Provide guest services by answering questions, guiding visitors, and offering information about amenities and programs Engage with children and families during special events or programs, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants Utilize public speaking skills to present information during orientations, tours, or community events effectively Maintain cleanliness and organization of the membership area and event spaces to uphold high standards of hospitality and safety Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality environments preferred Ability to handle conflict situations professionally with effective conflict management strategies Experience working with children or in youth programs is a plus Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems Excellent communication skills for public speaking engagements and member interactions Demonstrated ability to work well in team settings within a lively environment such as theater productions or large-scale events This position is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about creating engaging experiences while developing versatile skills in customer relations.
