Job Description
Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day club relationship and member services for the Club's three fractional properties and their Beneficial Users. This position serves as the primary point of contact for Beneficial Users while they are in residence, coordinating access to and use of Club benefits and services, including skiing, golf, Club events, dining, and other Club amenities. The Member Services Coordinator works closely with Club departments and the respective fractional properties to ensure Beneficial Users receive a high level of service and that all Club policies, eligibility requirements, reservations, and usage procedures are properly followed. The position also provides administrative and operational support to the Member Services team and processing of new full club members.Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. Degree in hospitality management or similar preferred. 2 years membership, customer service, or high-end club experience preferred.Fractional Member Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages all Residential Condominium Memberships (RCMs) and serves as the primary point of contact with condominium properties and Beneficial Users regarding transfers of interest, membership privileges, club policies, procedures, seasonal information, and in-house status. Manages and provides real-time reporting of RCM in-house lists to all resort departments and staff who rely on this information, including the Pass Office, Golf Pro Shop, Member Concierge, Club Events staff, Spa and Racquet Club. Manages ski pass designations and all related communications with the properties, Beneficial Users, and the Pass Office. Maintain member profiles and contact information in all Club systems. Monitor arrival and departure dates of Beneficial Users and communicate with all departments as necessary regarding access and eligibility for Club benefits based on in-house status. Respond promptly to member questions, requests, and concerns and coordinate with appropriate Club departments as needed. Develop positive, professional relationships with Beneficial Users and their families. Serve as a resource to members throughout their stay and help coordinate special requests. Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and distribute property-specific or fractional-member communications as directed. Assist with billing inquiries and coordinate with Accounting regarding member accounts and charges. Monitor applicable fees and charges associated with Club services. Prints and provides Member ID cards to Bear Creek Beneficial Users when they are in-house, enabling Beneficial Users to verify their in-house status and access applicable Club benefits and services. Prepare reports or information requested by management.New Member Processing & Administrative Responsibilities:
Process all new full Club memberships from the time of approval through membership activation. Collect and verify required membership documentation and information for new members, including member and family information, contact information, photographs, and other required records. Enter and maintain new member information accurately in the Club's four primary systems: Telluride Ski Resort / RTP- establish and update member ski access and related information. Clubspot

Supervisory Responsibilities:
The position has no supervisory responsibilities.Qualifications:
Previous experience in private club, hospitality, membership services, concierge, resort, or high-end customer service preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple Club departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn and use Clubspot and other Club systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive member information appropriately. Familiarity with Telluride, seasonal resort operations, skiing, golf, or private-club services is a plus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
