Full Job Description Club Services Representative- JOB SUMMARY:
The Club Services Representative greets and registers Members, Member families, and their guests; provides prompt and courteous service; and closes out Member accounts upon completion of stay. Assists Members and guests efficiently and courteously in all functions, while projecting high standards of service and always exuding professional hospitality. Responds to a wide variety of requests by accurately assessing the Member needs and requests then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum Member satisfaction, while complying with all Club policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
as follows, and other duties as may be assigned. Responsible for processing Member/Guest arrival and departure experience. Answers and transfers internal and external calls. Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, club & event information, and Member concerns in a timely fashion. Build strong relationships and coordinates with all other departments. Ensures safety by following guest check-in and security procedures and reporting suspicious activity and/or hazards to management. Completes all checklist items for the appropriate shift. Review arrivals and understand any special requests/needs. Utilizes a variety of computer systems. Ensure the desk is properly stocked and maintains a clean work environment. Manages a cash bank and completes necessary, related reports. Assists Members with shipping & receiving. Flexibility to assist with a variety of event-related tasks, as needed. Assists Members with lost & found. Processes general administration, clerical, and billing tasks daily. Maintain complete knowledge of all club offerings, services, and hours of operation. Maintain complete knowledge of all Club restaurant food concepts, menus and dress code. Maintain complete knowledge of all Club Day/nightlife concepts, menu, dress code Maintain complete knowledge of all Club accommodations types/names, layout, amenities, and locations Maintain complete knowledge of all Club accommodations rates, special packages, and promotions Maintain complete knowledge of daily arrival & departure lists, special requests, Member profiles, scheduled daily group and/or event activities, names, and location of meeting/banquet rooms local events, attractions, holiday schedules
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or GED, and a minimum of six-month related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous Country Club or luxury hotel experience would be advantageous.
