This is not simply a receptionist position . The primary responsibility of this role is to help grow our academy by turning leads, inquiries, trial students, and walk-ins into enrolled members while providing an excellent experience to our current students and families. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable making phone calls, follows up consistently, understands the importance of achieving sales goals, and is not afraid to ask for the sale. The right person will become an important part of the growth of our academy and our kids, adult, after-school, camp, and martial arts programs. Primary ResponsibilitiesMembership Sales & Lead Follow-Up Contact new leads quickly by phone, text, and email. Respond professionally to inquiries from our website, social media, phone calls, referrals, and walk-ins. Schedule introductory classes, trials, tours, and appointments. Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet enrolled. Conduct follow-up calls and texts with previous leads. Explain our programs, schedules, membership options, pricing, and academy policies clearly. Understand each prospective student's or family's needs and recommend the appropriate program. Give academy tours and create a welcoming first impression. Present membership options confidently. Ask for the enrollment and help prospects complete the registration process. Follow up with trial students after their visits. Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activities in our CRM/membership management system. Work toward individual and academy enrollment goals. Track leads, appointments, trials, enrollments, and follow-up activity. Front Desk & Customer Experience Welcome students, parents, prospects, and visitors. Answer incoming phone calls professionally. Respond to texts, emails, and customer questions. Assist existing members with basic account and membership questions. Help families understand academy schedules, events, policies, and procedures. Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front desk. Communicate important information to coaches, management, and other team members. Help resolve basic customer service issues and escalate situations to management when necessary. Member Retention Sales does not stop when someone enrolls. The Membership Sales Representative will also help ensure new members have a strong experience after joining.
