Job Responsibilities:
Sales Excellence:
Drive new membership sales through proactive outreach, lead generation, and relationship building with prospective members.
Build Value:
Understand our services and offerings to effectively present the benefits of UFC Fit memberships, cross-sell additional services, and address customer needs.
Member Relations:
Build strong relationships with new and existing members, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.
Lead Follow-Up:
Consistently follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate and develop long-term relationships with potential and current members.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Work alongside fitness professionals, personal trainers, and other team members to create a supportive environment that promotes membership retention and growth.
Administrative Duties:
Track memberships, sales, and appointments in our CRM system, ensuring all member information is up-to-date and accurate.
