Compensation:

Location:
North Lake County, Il Primary Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Take primary responsibility for achieving studio membership, introductory session, package, retail, and revenue goals. Lead the sales process from initial inquiry through introductory stretch, membership presentation, follow-up, and close. Conduct effective membership presentations following introductory stretches and confidently ask for the sale. Understand each prospect's goals and recommend the membership or package that best fits their needs. Daily front desk responsibilities and warm calling prospects Ensure every new lead receives prompt, professional, and persistent follow-up through calls, texts, and emails. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and ensure prospects do not fall through the cracks. Re-engage former members, previous prospects, expired package holders, and inactive leads. Monitor introductory stretch bookings and keep the schedule filled with prospects. Coach sales associates on prospecting, follow-up, objection handling, membership presentations, and closing. Promote member referrals and identify opportunities for current members to introduce friends, family, and colleagues to StretchLab. Lead Generation & Community Outreach Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations that can generate awareness and referrals. Identify and coordinate opportunities for pop-ups, demonstrations, networking events, health fairs, and community partnerships. Participate personally in community outreach and networking activities. Comfortable with social media (Facebook, Instagram) and Google in posting promotions Follow up quickly and consistently with leads generated through events and partnerships. Work with the owner to develop local marketing initiatives and promotions. Support social media content by identifying member stories, milestones, testimonials, events, and studio activities worth highlighting. Member Retention & Experience Build relationships with members and maintain a visible presence in the studio. Ensure new members understand their membership, scheduling expectations, and the importance of maintaining a consistent stretching routine. Monitor member utilization and identify members who are not scheduling or using their sessions regularly. Proactively contact members whose attendance has declined. Work with Flexologists to identify members who may need additional engagement or support. Monitor freezes, cancellation requests, and other indicators of potential member attrition. Conduct appropriate retention conversations before processing cancellations. Encourage member referrals, reviews, testimonials, and milestone recognition. Team Leadership Provide day-to-day leadership for the studio team in partnership with the owner and Lead Flexologist. Set clear expectations for assigned responsibilities. Conduct regular sales coaching and performance conversations. Recognize strong performance and address performance issues promptly. Ensure the front desk and Flexologist teams understand current promotions, events, sales priorities, and member initiatives. Participate in and help facilitate staff meetings and sales meetings. Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of sales staff as needed. Model professionalism, urgency, positive energy, and ownership. Studio Operations Ensure the studio opens, operates, and closes according to established procedures. Maintain accurate member and prospect records and ensure meaningful notes are entered following interactions. Monitor the daily schedule for introductory stretches, member appointments, openings, and sales opportunities. Review outstanding member issues, account concerns, and required follow-up.
