MEMBERSHIP SALES ASSOCIATE HOTWORX

Louisville-Stony Brook HOTWORX Louisville-Stony Brook is looking for an energetic, fitness-minded Membership Sales Associate to join our team! This is a part-time position offering approximately 12-16 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours. The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, motivated by goals, and passionate about helping others improve their health and fitness. Key Responsibilities Introduce prospective members to HOTWORX and confidently explain our workouts, infrared benefits, and membership options Generate leads, schedule appointments, provide studio tours, and follow up with prospective members Meet membership and retail sales goals Deliver friendly, professional customer service to members and guests Build relationships with members and help create an engaging, welcoming studio community Assist with member engagement initiatives, challenges, promotions, and special events Participate in community events and local outreach opportunities Help create and participate in social media content; confidence and comfort with social media are required Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio by completing daily cleaning and studio upkeep duties Assist with general front-desk and studio operations as needed Qualifications Fitness-oriented with a genuine interest in health and wellness Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations Sales-minded, goal-driven, and motivated by commission opportunities Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills Comfortable appearing in and creating content for social media Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Willing to clean and help maintain high studio standards Previous sales, customer service, fitness, or retail experience is preferred but not required Must be available Saturday mornings and weekday afternoons/evenings Compensation and Benefits Base Pay + Excellent commission structure with strong earning potential Complimentary HOTWORX membership Flexible part-time schedule Approximately 12-16 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours over time Supportive, energetic, and fitness-focused work environment If you are passionate about fitness, enjoy connecting with people, and are ready to grow your sales and customer service skills, we would love to meet you!
