Job Description

Membership Sales Specialist - Full/Part Time Extreme Gym & KydVenture is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and organized Membership Sales Specialist to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident in sales, follow-up, and customer communication.
Hourly Pay:
$18/hour & up
Commission:
10% per sale plus bonus' (avg. sales range $89-$319)
Schedule:
Fixed schedule TBD, a mix of mornings, evenings & weekends
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a self-starter who is motivated, goal-oriented, and able to stay on task while managing multiple leads and follow-ups. Previous membership sales experience is helpful, and knowledge of the sport of gymnastics is a plus, but not required. The ideal candidate is a people person who is comfortable making calls, giving tours, presenting membership options, and following a scheduled sales flow while keeping detailed notes and logs.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering phones and responding to inquiries Giving facility tours to prospective families Presenting and selling memberships, classes, camps, events, and programs Following up with leads through phone calls, texts, emails, and in-person conversations Making calls on a scheduled sales flow Keeping detailed notes and logs for all leads and follow-ups Meeting follow-up deadlines Setting, tracking, and reaching sales goals Staying organized, motivated, and on task throughout the day Providing a friendly, helpful, and professional experience for every family
Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred Membership sales experience helpful Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable making outbound calls and follow-ups Organized and detail-oriented Motivated by goals and results Friendly, confident, and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Gymnastics knowledge helpful, but not required If you are energetic, dependable, and excited to help families find the right programs for their children, we would love to meet you!
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
