What You'll Do:
As a Member Service Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted resource for our members by: Building meaningful relationships and delivering outstanding service Helping members identify financial products and services that meet their needs Opening and maintaining checking, savings, IRA, and other deposit accounts Assisting members with account transactions, questions, and problem resolution Interviewing and assisting members with consumer loan applications Supporting loan and deposit growth through conversations, recommendations, and outreach campaigns Educating members on financial products, services, and digital tools Working collaboratively with teammates across departments to ensure a seamless member experience Contributing to a positive, member-focused culture built on integrity, respect, and teamwork Why Join Mid Minnesota Federal Credit Union?
