What You'll Do Welcome members and guests while creating an exceptional first impression. Conduct tours and help prospective members find the membership and coaching options that best fit their goals. Focus on membership sales and consistently work toward individual and club sales goals. Build relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals. Create engaging content and regularly post on the club's social media platforms to promote events, success stories, promotions, and club culture. Assist with local marketing and community outreach initiatives. Support personal training, nutrition, and recovery programs by educating members on available services. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility. Help create a positive, motivating, and supportive environment for members and teammates. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be available to work a flexible schedule (Monday-Thursday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm) Have a passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed. Be confident and enthusiastic about sales and building relationships. Enjoy creating social media content and representing the club online. Have excellent communication and customer service skills. Take initiative and work independently while contributing to a strong team environment. Demonstrate an ownership mentality and take pride in their work. Be dependable, coachable, and eager to learn. Hold a personal training certification (preferred for coaching roles) or be willing to obtain one. Be a positive ambassador for the Anytime Fitness brand both inside and outside the club.
