Our Membership Coordinator role maintains, grows, and manages Triangle Shooting Academy's members and membership subscriptions. They promote new memberships and support guests and members of Triangle Shooting Academy. These processes often involve web-based apps, point-of-sale software, Google Docs/Sheets, etc. If you have customer service and sales experience, or if you simply love working with people and are looking to gain new experience, we'd like to meet you! Firearm knowledge is not required but is preferred. Applicants must feel comfortable learning basic firearm safety and handling firearms when necessary. Responsibilities Provide an exceptional experience to all members and guests Promote and sell Triangle Shooting Academy's various membership options Act as the point of contact for all active and potential members Maintain and organize all member accounts Contact members regarding missed and declined payments Assist departments in promoting the various membership benefits Preserve subscription retention processes and membership policies Support members with updating their profiles Qualifications Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills Strong customer service abilities with a focus on member engagement Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems Excellent communication skills in English Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Previous experience in sales or membership-based roles is a plus Must be available to work weekends Onsite, 5 days/week—including Saturday (required) and occasional Sundays. Flexible weekdays. Full-Time. 45K base+ Commission.
