Following Positions:

Shift Lead

• $17•19/hr: Be a Rocket Carwash expert; consistently serving as a role model to teammates by achieving goals and maintaining our customers as the primary focus.

Work alongside the team to provide daily guidance, motivation, and training to guarantee a world-class carwash experience. Membership Sales Associate

• $15•16/hr: Present a positive, friendly image to the public, and warmly greet all customers.

Educate customers on the benefits of each wash plan, while building enthusiasm and inspiring them to become members. Influence and create sales best practices to positively impact membership numbers. Member Support Specialist

• $15/hr: Be a happiness engineer, attracting customers and drawing them to the car wash.

Prep vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, attending to hard to clean areas. Keep the site neat and tidy, answering any guest questions when people use the vacuum stalls. Perks & benefits of working with

Position Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Work as a member of a team in an environment where collaboration and a positive attitude are keys to driving success. Self-motivated. Comfortable approaching customers and building relationships. Maintain a clean and organized location. Complete necessary side-work and housekeeping items. Maintain cash handling and register procedures for sales transactions. Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions. Be available to work various shifts and holidays, based on the needs of the business. Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply! Pay rates vary with experience and position: Starting hourly rate of $15
