Member Engagement Manager Capital City Sports & Fitness Concord, NH Position Overview Capital City Sports & Fitness is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and relationship-driven Member Engagement Manager to help drive our continued growth through membership development, member retention, community engagement, and business development. Membership growth and retention are the foundation of our business. The primary purpose of this position is to build relationships, create an exceptional member experience, strengthen our community, and develop initiatives that increase recurring membership revenue. This is not simply a front desk or event planning position. It is a business development role designed to help grow Capital City Sports & Fitness while creating a welcoming environment where members want to Train. Thrive. Belong. The Member Engagement Manager reports directly to the General Manager and will play an important role in the future growth of CCSF. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed Base Position Guaranteed 20 hours per week $15.00 per hour base pay Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends CCSF Growth Incentive Plan In addition to the guaranteed base schedule, the Member Engagement Manager is eligible to participate in the CCSF Growth Incentive Plan . This performance-based incentive program rewards measurable contributions to the continued growth of Capital City Sports & Fitness. Responsibilities include:

Help increase recurring membership revenue Build relationships with prospective, new, and existing members Improve member retention and reduce cancellations Develop referral programs and membership promotions Welcome new members and ensure a positive onboarding experience Promote memberships, programs, services, and amenities Identify opportunities to improve the overall member experience Member Engagement Learn members' names and build meaningful relationships Create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the facility Gather member feedback and recommend improvements Increase member participation in programs and events Create reasons for members to visit more often and remain active Community Programming & Events Develop and coordinate member appreciation events Create programming for youth, adults, seniors, and families Organize community events that strengthen the CCSF brand Support initiatives that attract new members and improve retention Business Development Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations Secure sponsorships and community partnerships Identify new revenue opportunities Help increase rentals, concessions, and ancillary revenue Support membership marketing campaigns and promotions Front Desk Leadership The Member Engagement Manager will spend approximately 20 hours per week providing front desk coverage while actively engaging with members and guests.
