The Downs offers competitive pay, plus benefits including health, dental & vision insurance and paid time off! The individual in this position provides assistance for customers at the players club in a friendly, efficient and professional manner that promotes great customer relations. This individual is responsible for promoting the day to day membership of our Players Club by welcoming customers into the casino, learning customer names and offering the highest standard of customer service. He/she is responsible for promoting events as well as for the accuracy of data input. This position participates with the on-going maintenance and dependability of Player's Club accounts and systems. Qualified applicants must be at least 21 years of age , and have the ability to obtain and maintain a New Mexico Gaming Work Permit which requires a background and credit check. •New team members must successfully complete 6 months of employment to receive the sign on bonus.
