Description Part-time opportunity! $17.48/hour Weekend Availability required Create a welcoming experience for members and guests from the moment they walk through our doors! The Saratoga Regional YMCA is seeking a friendly, motivated Member Service Representative to create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive experience for members and guests. This position maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals. You will respond to member and guest needs, promote memberships and programs, and help individuals and families feel informed, supported, and engaged. Use your strengths in service and communication to help members feel welcomed and connected to the YMCA!

Fun, interactive atmosphere Competitive pay Free YMCA membership! Requirements Minimum age of 18 years old. Previous customer service, sales or related experience. CPR and First Aid, child abuse prevention training, Y orientation certifications required within 60 days of hire Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
