In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while managing a variety of member service requests and payments. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting members on the telephone, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally Process a wide range of payments from members with accuracy and attention to detail Manage member accounts using membership databases Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with QuickBooks.
