Deposit Operations Representative General Electric Credit Union - 3.3 Cincinnati, OH Job Details 19 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Financial records review Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description Deposit Operations Representative The Deposit Operations Representative will support member service areas with file maintenance, research, questions, transactions, and corrections as it relates to Credit Union deposit products and accounts.
Essential Responsibilities:
Complete daily file maintenance activities related to deposit services in a timely and accurate manner Review, process, and balance deposited items Complete end of day balancing Review and process time deposit requests, including bump rates, rate matches, and renewal term changes Conduct various types of deposit research, including record request and verification of deposits Monitor and review reports, complete service requests, and perform routine account/member maintenance Build and maintain internal relationships throughout the Credit Union by providing exceptional member service, models excellent internal and external member service Perform other duties as assigned Must understand and comply with all required federal and state regulations associated with this position.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required 1 year of experience in a data processing role, or similar role, that includes review of financial data required 1 year of experience working in a credit union or within banking industry preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Good time management and analytical skills Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel Knowledge of DNA is preferred Ability to work independently in collaborative office environment while providing coverage support as needed to team Must understand and comply with all required federal and state laws and regulations associated with this position General Electric Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
