Wayne County Community Federal Credit Union (WCCFCU) is seeking an individual to join our team as a Member Solutions Representative. In this role, you get to build relationships and provide an amazing experience for both members and fellow teammates. In addition, you will have many opportunities to forward the credit union's vision and mission by connecting its growing line of services with member needs in an energizing and engaging manner. The leadership team will also provide you with great resources and help you in developing your career skills. This is an important role at the credit union which reports to the Branch Manager and works closely with other team members. Full time and part time positions are available.

Key roles include the following:

Delivers top-notch service to members while offering account assistance, opening new memberships, enhancing existing relationships with additional services, and processing consumer loan requests. Provides exemplary consultative services to members by assessing their needs, addressing their concerns and offering appropriate solutions with credit union products and services. Demonstrates excellence in performing various administrative responsibilities such as account documentation, processing member requests, and maintaining cash (including vault custodian duties as needed). Commits to upholding, promoting and staying compliant with all organizational policies as well as relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications for this position include the following: Two or more years of sales and service experience, preferably in the banking industry; A high school diploma or G.E.D.; Excellent organizational and problem solving skills; Moderate expertise with key software applications such as Word, Excel, etc. Most of all, the candidate must have a driving passion for excellence and making a difference in people's lives through fulfilling the organization's mission.
