Shape Fitness is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Member Services Specialist to be the face of our gym. You'll handle member accounts, billing, and phone-based sign-ups, monitor facility surveillance, and provide light oversight of front desk staff to keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, emails, and billing inquiries Sign up new members over the phone Process membership renewals and handle retention calls Assist with account questions and resolve member concerns Monitor facility surveillance/security cameras Provide oversight and guidance to front desk associates Conduct daily walk-throughs of the facility to ensure cleanliness and safety Handle administrative tasks such as filing, mail, and data entry Audit incoming membership agreements and receipts Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere for all members Qualifications Previous customer service or membership sales experience preferred Comfortable closing sales over the phone Strong communication and phone etiquette Some leadership or supervisory experience a plus Comfortable with basic computer/data entry tasks Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule A positive, people-first attitude What We Offer Free gym membership Growth opportunities within Shape Fitness Supportive, team-oriented work environment

Commisson Pay:

$12.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
