Part-Time Member Service Representative Looking for a part-time position where you can work with people, stay busy, and be part of a team that knows its members by name? CACL Federal Credit Union is looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Member Service Representative (MSR) to join our team! Our MSRs are often the first face our members see when they walk through the door. This role is a mix of customer service, cash handling, problem solving, and helping members with their everyday banking needs. If you enjoy working with people, can handle money accurately, and like a job where every interaction is a little different, this may be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing As a Member Service Representative, you'll help members with a variety of transactions and questions, including: Processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other account transactions accurately Maintaining and balancing your own cash drawer Assisting members with forms, direct deposits, account verifications, and other routine banking needs Providing information about CACL products, services, and policies Helping members understand the options and services available to them Opening new memberships and entering account information Answering incoming phone calls and connecting members with the right person when needed Maintaining accurate records and assisting with general filing or administrative tasks Following all applicable credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including BSA and OFAC Pitching in where needed because we're a team, and sometimes that means helping with something that wasn't on today's list What We're Looking For You don't need years of banking experience to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with the public Dependable and ready to work as part of a team Detail-oriented and able to work accurately with cash and account information Comfortable learning new systems and procedures Able to communicate clearly and provide great member service

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

Previous cash-handling or customer-service experience is preferred. Banking or credit union experience is a plus, but not required. Why CACL?
