We are expanding our community outreach network and seeking an entrepreneurial, highly connected Client Acquisition Specialist to serve as a premium community ambassador. The Opportunity (Ideal High-End Side Job) Are you outgoing, highly social, resourceful, and deeply embedded in the Scottsdale or Paradise Valley lifestyle? This is a high-leverage, performance-based 1099 partnership designed to be a lucrative side-stream for successful local professionals, luxury real estate agents, country club networks, high-end fitness trainers, and social influencers.

No Sales Closing Required:

You are not responsible for selling specific treatment packages, pitching clinical procedures, prescribing regimens, or closing financial contracts. Your sole mission is to generate genuine curiosity within your network and direct high-intent foot traffic through our doors. The Warm Handoff: Once a prospective client walks through our doors or arrives for an appointment, our expert internal medical and clinical team takes over completely to handle the consultation and close the sales. How Success Is Measured Success in this role is measured strictly by closed, verifiable revenue generated from the new customer traffic you bring into the practice.

Minimum Performance Standard:

$10,000 in closed New Business revenue per calendar month. When the traffic you drive results in over $10,000 in closed sales processed by our clinical team during that month, your premium payouts are unlocked with no cap. What You'll Earn (Premium Tiered Scale) This structure offers aggressive, compounding accelerators to reward top-tier local connectors. Upon completion of each month, you choose between a Direct Cash Transfer starting at $2000/month with no cap OR a Natural Radiance Service Credit featuring a 1.5x luxury multiplier: Your Service Credits can be applied directly toward any of the advanced services we offer, including Liposuction, Lasers, RF Microneedling, Skin Tightening, HRT, Peptides, IV treatments, and Feminine Rejuvenation. Who You Are Deeply rooted in the local Scottsdale / Paradise Valley social, corporate, luxury fitness, or lifestyle landscapes. Possess an active, verified network of high-income individuals (executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, attorneys, luxury fitness enthusiasts) who prioritize self-care and aesthetics. Confident, polished, and an effortless face-to-face networker. Highly interested or passionate about medical aesthetics, anti-aging, longevity, and high-end cosmetic surgeries. An entrepreneurial self-starter who values outcome-based evaluation and thrives with 100% schedule autonomy. Backgrounds in luxury hospitality, high-end real estate, country club networking, luxury fitness training, public relations, high-ticket corporate sales, or premium event coordination are highly advantageous, but not required.
