: 08/03/2026 The New York State Dental Association, a nonprofit professional association based in Albany, is currently seeking a full-time Membership Representative. This position is responsible for providing direct member support via phone, email and mail including processing membership dues and outbound calling to members and non-members. The Membership Representative will also be responsible for database maintenance, member retention, renewal and recruitment. Additional administrative duties include transactional processing, occasional mass mailings, report generation, filing and reception duties coverage. A minimum of 2 to 3 years of customer service experience is required. Phone sales experience is a plus. The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft365 (Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel). Experience with Salesforce or similar records management software is a plus. The candidate must have excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
