We are seeking a polished and professional Member Services Representative to join our team! Responsibilities Take reservations for dining, events, activities, kids programming, and other Club offerings Arrange transportation for Membership Provide concierge services Perform notary, printing, copying, and faxing services Confidently relay information about Club and Island operations Issue guest cards and Member credentials Conduct new Member orientations as needed Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Four-year college degree in Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, Advertising or related fields Must have reliable transportation Previous hospitality, food & beverage, or private club experience is strongly preferred Must enjoy working with a team Have a positive, "can-do" attitude Must be computer literate and have excellent telephone etiquette Benefits In person applications are welcome between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at 253 Gardeners Circle Suite 210 Kiawah Island, SC 29455.
