Full Job Description Billy Bob's Texas Company Profile:
Billy Bob's Texas is a live music, bull riding, and dancing venue located in the Historic Stockyards in Fort Worth, Texas. With over 500,000 visitors a year, it is one of the premier entertainment destinations in the Southwest. Ticket Office Rep The ideal candidate must have a passion for people and providing word class customer service. The primary responsibility of this position is to sell concert tickets and collect admission fees to the club on a daily basis. Candidates must have excellent customer service with a positive attitude; superior communication skills; a great work ethic and the ability to work within a team environment.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude Having basic working knowledge of computers Ability to handle inbound calls assisting customers in the selection and purchase of tickets Properly balancing his or her own cash drawer at closing
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to think quickly thrive in a very high-paced environment Effective communication skills with guests and staff Team player Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations Ability to move quickly and remain on feet for extended periods of time
Experience Required:
High School diploma or G.E.D Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred, but not required
Work Environment:
General office environment Nights, weekends and holidays expected •This position will be part-time with shifts that span during the week and with most Friday and Saturday nights required. The position will be approximately 20 - 30 hours a week.
