Weslaco is looking for an outgoing, competitive, and motivated Membership Sales Representative to help grow our community. This is a sales-focused position — not a traditional front-desk role. You'll connect with potential members, follow up with leads, invite people into the gym, and turn those conversations into memberships. If you're comfortable talking to new people, motivated by goals, and love the opportunity to earn more based on your performance, we want to meet you.

PAY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION

$9.00/hour guaranteed base pay PLUS $15.40-$22.40 for EVERY membership you sell There is NO CAP on commission. The more memberships you sell, the more you earn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sell FIT Lab memberships and programs Contact and follow up with leads by phone, text, email, and social media Invite prospects into FIT Lab for trials, tours, and workouts Build genuine relationships with potential and current members Consistently work toward weekly and monthly sales goals Generate new leads through local and social media outreach Participate in community events and local business outreach Maintain accurate lead and follow-up activity Provide an exceptional experience from a prospect's first interaction through becoming a member Represent FIT Lab professionally and enthusiastically

We'll train someone with the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

AVAILABILITY

This is a part-time, in-person position in Weslaco, TX. Applicants should have availability for a combination of:

Morning Shift:

8:00 AM-2:00

PM Evening Shift:

2:00 PM-9:30

PM Weekends:

8:00 AM- 12:00PM
