Duties Greet members and visitors warmly, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages ongoing engagement Assist new clients with class schedules, memberships, and studio policies to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Promote studio programs, workshops, and special events to enhance member participation and community involvement Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally Support instructors by managing class check-ins and ensuring the studio environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming Maintain accurate records of memberships, attendance, and client preferences to personalize member experiences Foster a positive studio culture by encouraging member interaction and supporting a healthy community vibe Requirements Passion for health, wellness, yoga, or mindfulness practices with a desire to inspire others Excellent communication skills with an energetic and friendly demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse individuals of all backgrounds Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning about wellness trends and studio offerings Join us in creating an empowering space where individuals can thrive physically and mentally!
