They handle member check-in, answer questions, Studio sales and provide top-notch customer service.

  • Processing balance clear ups, Renewal memberships, and Pilates memberships.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
  • Handling member concerns and issues
  • Promoting club services and programs like our Pilates and Glute studios.
