In this role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth daily operations while providing exceptional customer service. Your proactive attitude and organizational skills will contribute to a positive fitness experience, fostering community engagement and member satisfaction. Duties Greet members and visitors warmly at the front desk, providing assistance and information as needed Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, membership questions, and appointment scheduling efficiently Maintain a clean, organized reception area and gym space, including filing and data entry tasks Support office management duties such as calendar management, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Assist with customer support by addressing member concerns promptly and professionally Use computer skills to update membership records, process payments, and handle administrative documentation Ensure proper phone etiquette during all interactions to uphold a professional image Skills Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse member needs effectively Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and effective phone etiquette Experience with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and calendar management Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus for handling financial transactions Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to promoting health and wellness!
