This role ensures the showroom is fully stocked, easy to shop, and ready for daily customer visits, vendor meetings, and special events. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment. Key Responsibilities Merchandise products throughout the showroom in a clean, organized, and professional manner. Build displays that make products easy to shop, understand, and compare. Refill, reset, and maintain showroom displays as inventory changes. Keep shelves, tables, bins, and display areas neat, organized, and fully stocked. Organize product by category, season, customer relevance, and sales opportunity. Assist with showroom setup for customer visits, vendor meetings, and special events. Remove damaged, outdated, or poorly presented product from display areas. Collaborate with showroom, sales, buying, and warehouse teams to ensure proper product flow. Identify slow‑moving, overstocked, or high‑opportunity products that should be featured. Maintain signage, pricing, product tags, and display information as needed. Keep aisles, walkways, and customer areas clean, safe, and presentable. Assist with samples, product movement, and showroom projects as required. Take ownership of assigned areas and ensure they are customer‑ready every day. What We Are Looking For Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation. Ability to work independently without constant direction. Strong sense of urgency and consistent follow‑through. Comfortable moving product, setting up displays, and being on your feet throughout the day. Effective communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments. Creative eye for merchandising, product placement, and visual organization. Reliable, punctual, and consistent work habits. Willingness to jump in wherever needed. Preferred Experience Retail merchandising experience. Wholesale showroom experience. Understanding of Excel. Experience with general merchandise, closeouts, imports, home goods, seasonal items, toys, party supplies, hardware, beauty, or similar categories. Experience setting up product displays, planograms, or retail floor resets. Basic computer skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the showroom for extended periods. Ability to lift and move boxes, samples, and merchandise as needed. Comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment. Ability to safely use carts, ladders, pallet jacks, and other basic equipment when required.
