We are a beloved independent pharmacy serving Beverly Hills for generations, is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Sales & Merchandising Associate to join our team. This role is at the heart of our storefront experience - from keeping our shelves beautifully stocked with OTC products and gift and retail merchandise, to providing excellent customer service and handling transactions at the register. What You Will Do Stock and merchandise over-the-counter (OTC) products, gift items, and other retail merchandise on the sales floor Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock or out-of-stock items to management Set up and maintain seasonal, promotional, and gift displays Ring up in-store customer purchases at the cash register Prepare and organize delivery orders for dispatch Perform cash register reconciliation and end-of-shift balancing Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping-ready store environment Provide attentive and courteous customer service to all customers Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-person and appropriately assist and/or redirect to coworkers as needed Qualifications Prior retail, sales, or cash-handling experiencex Comfortable using a point-of-sale (POS) system Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and ale to work independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills A warm, customer-first and patient attitude Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and move stock (up to 25 lbs) Compensation and Benefits $22-$27 per hour Paid vacation beyond sick leave Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Employee discount on restaurant purchases Free soda fountain drinks, coffee, and soup daily from restaurant To apply, please submit your resume in
