Position Summary:

Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining store appearance by replenishing inventory, adjusting product placement, and ensuring merchandising standards are consistently met. Must be able to communicate clearly with store personnel and provide clear communication in written reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with store leadership and teammates to develop visual merchandising strategies, and goals to be executed during each visit Foster partnership with Store Management to create a positive working relationship and achieve project goals Executing merchandising strategies in a manner that is least disruptive to the store and protects the customer experience Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency Provide timely completion of daily Store Visit Report and photo requirements, clearly and effectively communicating daily accomplishments

Required Skills and Experience:

1+ years of visual merchandising experience Ability to provide clear communication effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written reports
