Pay Rate:
$20.50/hour Overview Merchandise Sales Associates provide insight on available merchandise and highlight relevant offers to support each Guest's purchase. Associates will deliver an exceptional Guest experience while selling official show merchandise for Disney's Beauty and the Beast. This is a great temporary opportunity for college students, theater enthusiasts, and individuals looking to earn extra income while being part of a major touring theatrical production.
Please Note:
You will not necessarily be scheduled for every performance. Shifts will be assigned based on business needs and your availability throughout the production run. Performance Schedule Week 1

  • 10:30 PM Responsibilities Provide friendly and engaging service to Guests of all ages.
Assist Guests with merchandise selections and highlight relevant offers. Perform quick, accurate, and efficient cash register transactions. Respond to Guest needs in a friendly, proactive, and timely manner. Maintain neat and organized merchandise kiosks. Ensure merchandise is accurately displayed and available for replenishment. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals. Communicate effectively with a diverse audience. Handle tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment. Manage time effectively and efficiently. Support the core values of People, Experience, Revenue, and Brand through integrity, communication, and enthusiasm. Stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 40 lbs. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, Guest-focused environment. Ability to attend the mandatory training on Tuesday, October 20 from 4:00 PM

Preferred Qualifications Previous retail or customer service experience. Experience with cash handling or point-of-sale (POS) systems. Theater, performing arts, entertainment, or live-event experience is a plus. College students and candidates with an interest or background in theater or performing arts are encouraged to apply.
