This full-time role works independently in-store, serving as the main point of contact and ensuring each cycle reset is completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a hands-on retail environment. Responsibilities Independently lead and complete all planogram updates and cycle resets within assigned stores, following Big Y program guidelines and reset schedules. Act as the main point of contact for store management in each assigned location, ensuring alignment on reset timing, communication, and expectations. Review planograms, verify accuracy of sets and shelf tags, and maintain compliance with Big Y merchandising standards. Report completion, issues, and visual documentation promptly through TruX reporting systems. Communicate regularly with their Supervisor regarding store needs, progress updates, and challenges. Ensure proper handling of product and fixtures, maintain a safe work environment, and uphold TruX and retailer safety standards. Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and ownership of results across both assigned stores. Support store-level communication and coordination during special projects or promotional resets as needed. Qualifications Retail merchandising, category reset, or store operations experience preferred. Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with store leadership. Solid understanding of planograms, schematics, and product placement standards. Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong time management skills. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods. Must have reliable transportation to service assigned stores. Flexibility to work early mornings or variable hours based on reset schedules.
