Overview:

The Merchandising Assistant, Custom supports the Merchandising team in managing the product lifecycle for personalized products. This role ensures the timely execution of key product development and financial deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Prepare reports, track purchase orders, manage submits, and ensure deadlines are met.

Sample Management:

Sort, archive, and track samples, ensuring product changes are communicated before bulk shipments.

Assortment & Analysis:

Assist in milestone deliverables, analyze sales data, forecast demand, and support assortment planning for wholesale and event-driven merchandising.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with Design, Sourcing, and Visual Merchandising to align product strategies and drive development.

Data & Systems Management:

Maintain pricing, markdown files, and update merchandising tools like Centric.

Industry Awareness:

Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to enhance product offerings.

Wholesale & Event Support:

Manage sample ordering, curate seasonal assortments, participate in event activations, and refine the Custom Artwork approval process.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in retail math, including margin, markup, sell-through, and inventory turnover analysis, to drive data-informed merchandising decisions Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
