- Full-time We are looking to add a Food & Beverage Receiver associate to our team.

Hours are 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities Receive and Inspect Deliveries:
Unload trucks, inspect products for damage, shortages, or non-conformance to specifications, and verify against purchase orders or manifestsOrganize and Store Products:
Sort, label, and store food and beverage items in designated areas (dry, refrigerated, freezer, cooler) following food safety protocolsInventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments; update inventory systems; conduct cycle counts; and track stock levelsCoordination & Communication:
Liaise with vendors, delivery drivers, and internal teams to resolve issues, arrange for damaged goods, and ensure timely restockingFood Safety Compliance:
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other food safety regulations; ensure proper temperature control and packagingLogistics Support:
Assist with delivery scheduling, storage space optimization, and special event preparationsEquipment Operation:
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and vehicles; perform basic vehicle maintenanceDocumentation:
Prepare and file paperwork for audits, inspections, and compliance checksRequired Skills & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 2 years in warehouse or receiving, preferably in food service or nonprofit food operations.Certifications:
Forklift certification, food handling certification, and valid driver's license.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in inventory management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and point-of-sale systems.Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in varied environments including refrigerated spacesQualifications:
High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required Previous experience a plus Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages The company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.
