Jewelry Planner/Merchandiser The Watches of Switzerland Group - 3.0 Sunrise, FL Job Details 5 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Qualifications Spreadsheets Team management Full Job Description Job Purpose The Jewelry Planner/Merchandiser is responsible for strategically planning, managing, and monitoring the purchase, receipt, and distribution of merchandise across assigned departments to maximize sales and profitability while upholding Watches of Switzerland Group values. In partnership with the Buyer, this role develops and executes departmental strategies, manages product categories to achieve financial objectives, oversees the MAP system, cultivates strong supplier relationships, and leads, coaches, and develops the merchandising team. Flexibility to support business needs is expected, including occasional meetings or activities outside of standard business hours when required. Qualifications and Experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW), and Business Objects. Strong knowledge of merchandise planning tools, including WSSI and Assortment Planning platforms (Oracle, JDA, Torex, Predictix, etc.). Previous people management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Highly logical with strong problem-solving skills.
