Starting at $15/hour

About Us:

Home Again Consignment Shop is a small, family-owned business specializing in high-quality furniture and home decor. We are also an authorized U-Haul Dealer . We are looking for a mature, energetic, and dedicated individual to join our team long-term and help us maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience:

Greet and assist customers to create a warm, welcoming shopping environment.

Inventory Care:

Clean and prepare incoming merchandise for the sales floor and maintain overall shop cleanliness.

Logistics & Moving:

Assist with the manual loading and unloading of furniture and home goods.

U-Haul Management:

Learn and manage U-Haul rental processes, including creating reservations and processing equipment returns.

Operational Support:

Complete daily tasks efficiently with a focus on attention to detail and self-direction.

Requirements & Skills Professionalism:

A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

Reliability:

A solid work ethic with a strict commitment to your assigned schedule.

Physical Ability:

Must be able to lift moderately heavy merchandise and handle the physical demands of moving furniture.

Tech Savvy:

At least average computer proficiency to manage rental software and store systems.

Adaptability:

Ability to follow instructions, learn new tasks quickly, and switch between cleaning, sales, and logistics as needed.
