Job Description
Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C., a leader in retail merchandising and sales execution, seeks an Overnight Merchandiser to support major brands in national retail stores. In this field-based role, you'll execute planograms, complete resets and new item cut-ins, stock and rotate product, and set up displays and signage during overnight hours. You'll capture photos and data, report project completion through mobile tools, and collaborate with store teams to meet tight timelines. Responsibilities Execute overnight merchandising plans for assigned retail locations Stock, rotate, and face products to planogram and brand standards Set up, move, and adjust displays, fixtures, and signage Conduct resets, new item cut-ins, and seasonal/layout changes Verify inventory on shelves and backroom and report stock issues Capture and report in-store data, photos, and project completion updates via company tools Collaborate with store staff and Anderson team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Follow all store and company safety, security, and compliance procedures Maintain clean, organized work areas and protect brand integrity Provide basic in-aisle support to retailers and brand partners as needed Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and execution Product stocking and rotation Store resets and remodels Fixture and display setup Inventory checking and reporting Basic retail math and counting Use of mobile reporting tools/apps Time management and task prioritization Written and photo-based reporting
