Job Description
Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C., a leader in retail merchandising and sales, seeks a Retail Project Merchandiser to execute in-store projects for major brands and national retailers. In this field-based role, you will set and maintain planograms, promotional displays, signage, and product placement to optimize presentation and drive sales. You'll visit assigned stores, ensure shelves are stocked and priced correctly, capture data and photos through mobile tools, and communicate with store partners and Anderson leaders. This position offers hands-on retail experience, exposure to top brands, and opportunities to build planning, sales, and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Execute in-store merchandising projects for assigned retail locations Set, reset, and maintain product displays, planograms, and promotional sets Ensure shelves are stocked, priced, and signed according to retailer and brand standards Collect and report store-level data, photos, and execution results via mobile tools Communicate with store management and Anderson leadership on project status and issues Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product placement to maximize sales impact Follow detailed project instructions, timelines, and priorities with high accuracy Train or support team members on merchandising standards and best practices Maintain clean, organized display areas and ensure compliance with safety policies Represent Anderson Merchandisers and client brands professionally with retailers Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram reading and execution Inventory management basics Point-of-sale and retail systems familiarity Data collection and photo reporting via mobile apps Time management and route planning Basic sales and cross-merchandising techniques Customer and store relationship management Attention to detail and quality control Safety and loss prevention awareness
