Job Description
Anderson Merchandisers L.L.C., a leader in retail merchandising and sales support, is hiring an Overnight Store Project Remodel Merchandiser. In this role, you'll execute full and partial store remodels, resets, and special projects for major national retailers. Working overnight on-site, you will move and set fixtures, shelves, and signage; stock and position product to detailed planograms; verify pricing and signage; and report results through mobile tools. You'll collaborate closely with store teams and Anderson project leaders in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, customer service, and results. Responsibilities Execute overnight store remodel and reset projects according to planograms and retailer guidelines Set, move, and stock fixtures, shelves, signage, and product displays to specified layouts Use planograms, schematics, and project instructions to complete accurate merchandising execution Collaborate with store management and Anderson Merchandisers project leads on timelines and priorities Ensure work area is clean, organized, and safe; follow all store and company safety standards Report project status, issues, and completion details via mobile or online reporting tools Verify inventory placement, pricing, and signage accuracy during and after remodel activities Operate basic hand tools, shelving tools, and equipment required for fixture moves and resets Travel to assigned retail locations within territory for multi-day or multi-week remodel projects Maintain strong customer service and professional communication with retail partners and teammates Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram and schematic reading Fixture and display setup Inventory and shelf management Use of hand tools and merchandising equipment Project and time management Basic data entry and mobile reporting Attention to detail and accuracy Team collaboration Customer service communication
